As long as all the items you have requested are in stock, they will be shipped within two working days. Please note that our warehouse only operates on business days, so all orders placed on weekends will consequently be packed and shipped on Monday morning.
To ensure that the items you wish to purchase are in stock and available, please check the specific product pages. If your item is available, it will be described as “In Stock”.
If the item is out of stock, it will not be available, which means that you can always place your order with us, and we will pre-reserve those items for you. Your order will then be automatically filled as soon as the new stock is delivered to our warehouse.
International services and messaging
Please note that we ship our products to international countries.
We offer a carrier for all our international customers. Costs will be estimated for you when you add items to your shopping cart, and these costs will be confirmed during the ordering process after you provide us with your shipping address.

Defective product, damaged on arrival
You have 14 days to change your mind if you purchase online or by phone. Please note that all products returned to us that you claim are defective will be checked. Any returned product that is not defective will be returned to you and we will charge you for the return shipping costs via your original method of payment and will hold the product until we have received full payment of the return shipping costs.
